The space encompasses over 20,000 sq. ft. of stunning stained concrete, creating an industrial yet sophisticated atmosphere. Glass elements and partitions, adorned with a distinctive hemp rope detail, contribute to the modern design. With over 400 glass panels, the conference, office, and huddle rooms prioritize transparency, while ceilings feature wallcovering and hemp rope finishes, adding a touch of texture. Raw blacked steel details trim the millwork elevations, providing a refined aesthetic. The layout is thoughtfully designed, incorporating collaborative spaces like huddles, breakrooms, and lounges for all employees. Stain doors, outlined with black anodized aluminum, complement accent partitions, and wood floor finishes are strategically utilized for accent walls. The extensive light package incorporates 47 different fixture types from around the world, enhancing the space with a diverse and unique array of lighting.
