1100 Connecticut Ave Main Lobby

This project involved the renovation of a busy office building while it remained occupied. The main lobby, elevator bay, and back corridor all received a refresh, with some special features adding a touch of modern elegance. A custom wood ceiling and a feature wall with built-in light fixtures and metal mesh create a unique visual impression. The concierge desk also got a makeover, boasting a stylish waterfall stone top and a functional transaction ledge. To top it all off, new terrazzo flooring completes the updated look. Impressively, the elevator lobby remained fully operational throughout construction, minimizing disruption for the building tenants.
