- Imagine a dingy, dull, uninviting space. Now, picture it transformed into a modern, vibrant hub for parties or a cozy lounge for residents to unwind. That’s exactly what we did at the Cambridge apartments! We gave the place a total face lift, and the results are nothing short of stunning
- On the back wall of the kitchen there is a beautiful mosaic tile art of a cherry blossom which is the focal point when you first walk in. The elevator lobby downstairs just looked and felt like you were in a service corridor, we updated the lobby by adding beautiful textured wallpaper and millwork on the walls and ceiling giving the space a more homely feel.
- Upstairs we completely renovated the concierge’s area, before there was an old and dated desk from 1990. We updated it by building a millwork base with cabinets and drawers and topping it with a beautiful corrian top that waterfalls off the side giving it a modern and seamless finish making the desk look like it’s floating off the floor, we also updated the lighting in the lobby by adding Bluetooth speaker lights so they could play music to help bring a relaxing vibe to the tenants after a long day when they first return home
