- Build out of an Experiential Cocktail Lounge at the DC Wharf to include a full-service bar, dining area, prep kitchen, bar service area, service prep area, and restrooms.
- Unique features include custom fabric wrapped banquettes, tile flooring, specialty wallcovering on applied to ceilings and walls, gold flecked decorative plaster walls, antique style mirrors, wood paneling on the face of the bar, stone countertops, brushed brass foot rail and drink rail, custom perforated metal ceiling that is back lit to appear as a “night sky”, and custom brushed brass metal panels wrapped around columns cut out to appear as trees, with faux greenery behind the panels.
- Installed new storefront, including doors and an accordion Nanawall system.
