The multi-floor, multi-phased occupied renovation of the existing office space was a complex undertaking that seamlessly integrated various functional elements. The project encompassed the transformation of offices, huddle rooms, conference rooms, phone rooms, touchdown offices, and the addition of a recording studio and new workstations. Adding a touch of comfort, banquette seating was introduced in the pantry area, providing a flexible and collaborative space. The reception area, designed with a blend of wood, glass, and stone elements, serves as a sophisticated introduction to the renovated office space, combining aesthetics with functionality.
