The 10th floor underwent a complete transformation, involving full demolition and subsequent installation of new MEP systems, partitions, and finishes. Specialized concrete trenching and infill were required to accommodate floor power needs due to the thickness of the 12-inch slab. The space was elevated with the purchase and installation of high-end finishes, including porcelain tile from Italy, Carvart Annealed Glass with Custom Stainless Steel Surrounds, Mannington Carpet Area Rugs, and Certainteed Techstyle Walnut Ceiling, creating a sophisticated and modern environment.
