We undertook a transformative project, evolving a traditional marble lobby into a contemporary multifunctional amenity space. One highlight is the seamless integration of a full-service coffee shop within a bustling class A DC office building, adding vibrancy to the environment. The space is a testament to exceptional design, featuring a blend of warm wood, polished concrete, inviting lighting, and glass elements that collectively create an inviting hub for collaboration and celebration.
