The rooftop lounge was strategically designed to offer building occupants a refreshing escape from their offices, providing an inviting space to relish the panoramic views of downtown DC. To enhance the experience, a structural glass canopy was expertly installed, ensuring open-air seating while offering sun protection. Complementing the design, stone pavers were thoughtfully rearranged to form a visually appealing pattern that harmonizes seamlessly with the new outdoor seating layout, creating a sophisticated and comfortable environment for relaxation and enjoyment.
