This was a comprehensive suite build-out completed for a tenant in the Merriweather District, showcasing a range of unique design elements. Notable features include a steel structure in the canteen area, specialty metal signage displayed on a moss wall, a Belbien ceiling wrap, and vibrant baffle light fixtures. To create division with flexibility, a 3-Form Varia pressed glass partition was installed, effectively separating the copy area from the open workspace, contributing to both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
