Project Management

At HBW, we have a reputation for delivering on our promises. One reason we sustain such high customer satisfaction levels is we make sure each project has owner involvement from inception to completion.

We offer a modified construction management approach, which allows our clients to benefit from having a dedicated Construction Manager assigned to their project. Each project team also includes a Team Leader, Project Manager, Superintendent, Construction Assistant, and Project Accountant.

The Project Manager is always our client’s primary point of contact. They handle all contract details, schedule coordination, and process engineering for any challenge that occurs on the job.

From the moment the job comes in the door, the PM is involved in every aspect of the project. The PM attends all pre-bid walkthroughs, is involved with estimating during the bidding process, and reviews the subcontractor bids with the estimator. Once the project is awarded, they manage the job through completion, using secure mobile technology including Procore, interactive plans, plangrid, bluebeam and other industry tools to speed up intra-team communication and updates. After the job is completed, for any future needs — from new projects to warranty work — your contact remains the Project Manager.

The Project Accountant’s role is to make sure the job stays on budget, and ensure that all parties are paid promptly to avoid any schedule delays.

Unlike many firms, we don’t work in silos. Our collaborative approach and dedication to continuity, accountability and direct communication ensure each construction team delivers high-quality, on-time jobs, every time.
