The Array Courtyard
HBW Construction completed the renovation of a 1,400-square-foot exterior courtyard at The Array in Alexandria, Virginia, transforming the existing common area into an inviting outdoor amenity for residents to gather, relax, and entertain.
The renovation included the addition of a new outdoor kitchen and canopy area, along with a variety of furnishings and features designed to enhance the functionality and comfort of the space. HBW also coordinated the procurement and installation of fire pits, soft seating, artificial turf, and overhead string lighting, creating a refreshed courtyard with multiple areas for residents to enjoy.
