This project involved the complete buildout of a high-end designer lighting showroom, featuring custom display installations, premium millwork, and advanced lighting control systems designed to showcase each fixture at its best.
Working closely with structural engineers, our team enclosed an existing staircase and reimagined the layout to create an open, free-flowing floor plan. Structural enhancements were carefully coordinated to ensure proper support for ceiling-mounted lighting displays throughout the space.
We partnered with the Comfort Lighting team to seamlessly integrate owner-provided millwork and display elements, ensuring cohesive execution across all product showcases. In addition, we managed the installation of a new rooftop HVAC unit in coordination with the landlord’s general contractor. This required detailed collaboration among the client, building ownership, multiple contractors, and our internal team to maintain schedule integrity and successfully complete all required inspections.
The result is a thoughtfully constructed showroom that blends structural precision, technical coordination, and elevated design to create an engaging retail experience.
