Global Showroom
Global Industries, an international contract furniture company, relocated from the third to the tenth floor of its building in DuPont Circle. They partnered with HBW Construction to create a new showroom that reflects their commitment to sustainable design. The showroom, designed to meet LEED Silver requirements, features a sleek reception area with a recycled concrete counter and backlit tinted-glass base. The space includes modular FLOR carpets, Trend Q engineered stone tile flooring, and multiple product-display vignettes. To maintain a modern aesthetic and maximize natural light, light-finished and reflective ceiling materials were used, and minimal walls were constructed. The lighting plan was carefully designed to highlight products effectively while still adhering to LEED standards.
