CHPA, an existing tenant, sought to downsize their office footprint while giving the space a complete refresh. The project preserved the core structure of the existing layout while introducing a fully reimagined design and improved functionality.
The renovation incorporated modern elements such as dHive office partitions and Modernus operable walls, creating flexibility and a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Updated finishes throughout the space tie everything together, resulting in a cohesive and elevated environment.
The redesigned layout features a balanced mix of private offices, open work areas, conference and phone rooms, a welcoming reception area, and a vibrant work café—delivering a modern, efficient workspace tailored to CHPA’s evolving needs.
