2500 Wilson Blvd Repositioning
This project involved a lobby repositioning with 5,435 square feet of renovation, addressing several key areas within the building. The scope included a section of the three-story atrium, the elevator lobby, a lobby banquette alcove, a lounge and seating area, the conference center, and exterior façade improvements at the building’s entrance.
Details Included:
• Lighting & Ceilings – High-end fixtures, custom pendants at entrance, Hunter Douglas baffles with LED liners, decorative 5’x5’ ACT ceiling in atrium
• Interior Finishes – Green moss walls along curved stair, new ceramic flooring with carpet inserts, custom millwork booths with fabric accents
• Feature Elements – Suspended millwork planter with Corian cap, large atrium screen enclosure for seating
• Conference Center – Millwork panels with integrated hidden door
• Exterior & Technology – Entrance pavers under custom lighting pendants, new wireless directory system
