The tenant office build-out encompasses a versatile space with a reception area, open office, collaborative spaces, an employee lounge, large conference rooms with operable partitions, team rooms, and phone rooms. Notable features include a distinctive floating shelf bulkhead surrounding the core perimeter, cloud ceilings in the conference rooms, and a custom floating wood ceiling with routed letters highlighting the client’s branding. Successful completion of this project required intricate coordination with multiple tenant vendors.
