The extensive renovation of the space involved the transformation of various areas, including Reception, Manicure & Pedicure Areas, Hair Styling & Shampoo Stations, Treatment Rooms, and a Staff Pantry. Achieving this required close collaboration with the Landlord to facilitate access to adjacent retail and office spaces, ensuring the seamless integration of MEP components. In addition, our team worked closely with the tenant’s specialized Spa Millwork Contractor to ensure a cohesive aesthetic. This involved meticulous coordination to guarantee that all millwork, whether provided by the tenant or the general contractor, not only matched appropriately but was also constructed precisely to the actual project dimensions. This attention to detail contributed to the success of the renovation, creating a cohesive and visually appealing environment in each designated area.
