The new office build-out for FranConnect’s Franchise Management Platform was designed to showcase their capabilities to both employees and clientele. The open-concept design prioritizes exterior light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the office. Notable features include custom millwork dividers and Nanawall Folding glass partitions, contributing to the overall modern and collaborative aesthetic. The project exemplified effective collaboration between the owner, construction manager, architect, and contractor, resulting in a reasonable budget and on-time delivery for the successful completion of the space.
