Nestled in the lively Chevy Chase neighborhood of Maryland, a once dark and outdated two-tower high-rise has undergone a remarkable transformation into a bright and trendy living space. The extensive renovation of 34 common condominium corridor floors was executed seamlessly, with upgrades ranging from new entrances (doors and hardware) to refreshing wallcoverings and paint. The project also involved comprehensive lighting improvements and the replacement of flooring, all accomplished while ensuring the building remained fully occupied, enhancing the overall appeal and modernity of the residence.
