The multi-phased project involved the ambitious retrofitting of an existing parking garage into a dynamic Fitness and Conference Center. Critical elements such as an extensive waterproof application, a specially designed HVAC system, and the incorporation of rigid insulation were essential considerations for transforming a section of the parking garage into a functional and comfortable office space, complemented by the thoughtful addition of windows to enhance natural lighting and workspace ambiance.
