Café Unido
The tenant buildout transformed a space into a vibrant café, encompassing a dining area, a coffee bar, a commercial kitchen, and restrooms. Unique features, including a custom terrazzo look-alike concrete floor topping, a millwork “eyebrow” surrounding the perimeter of the dining area and coffee bar, custom millwork seating, planter boxes, and waterfall edge countertops, contribute to the distinctive and inviting atmosphere. The construction phase required meticulous coordination with multiple outside vendors, including those supplying kitchen equipment, coffee machines, POS systems, and low voltage components. This collaborative effort resulted in the creation of a stylish and functional café space that seamlessly blends aesthetics with operational efficiency.
