The lobbies of two apartment buildings underwent a thorough transformation through demolition and complete renovation. The upgraded spaces now boast high-end finishes, featuring a stunning tile feature wall, carefully curated lighting, and multiple custom millwork spaces. The renovation introduced new and enhanced features, including state-of-the-art management offices, a convenient dog wash station, and meticulously designed mailrooms and package rooms tailored for the tenants’ convenience and use.
