Engaging in multiple projects encompassing lobbies, restrooms, a conference room, spec suites, amenity space, and a penthouse, the focus was on delivering unique and high-end designs. The amenity space, in particular, drew inspiration from boutique hotel aesthetics, creating an environment that resonates with sophistication and luxury. A notable addition to the design is the statement staircase built between floors, strategically connecting the amenity space to the penthouse. This architectural element not only enhances functionality but also contributes to the overall visual appeal and seamless flow between spaces.
