Our team has successfully completed a remarkable project in King Farm, Rockville, Maryland, focusing on the lobby and tenant lounge areas. A significant aspect of the renovation involved the installation of new structural steel for the staircase, connecting the bright and inviting lobby to the moody and modern tenant lounge below. The lounge features an open ceiling concept adorned with beautiful millwork and an island, complemented by newly poured epoxy concrete floors. In the main lobby, a transformative change was achieved by removing old wood paneling and replacing it with elegant Venetian plaster, giving the space a clean and vibrant aesthetic.
