The construction involved the creation of a dynamic Office Amenity Space, encompassing a Fitness Center, Locker Rooms, Gaming Area, Sports Simulator, Lounge Spaces, Market, Offices, Conference Center, and Restrooms. Unique features such as specialty paneling, faux beams, raised acoustical flooring in the gym and sports simulator room, as well as custom millwork toilet partitions and a bookcase with lighting and solid surface features, contribute to a distinctive and aesthetically pleasing environment. The project also required meticulous coordination with specialty vendors, including those for gym equipment, sports simulator, low voltage systems, security, and audio-visual elements, ensuring a seamless integration of diverse components for a fully functional and well-designed amenity space.
