- Unique features of this build-out include a floating shelf bulkhead surrounding the perimeter of the core, cloud ceilings in the conference rooms, and a custom floating wood ceiling with routed letters that feature the client’s branding.

- Extensive waterproof application, specially designed HVAC system, rigid insulation, addition of windows were a few of the necessities to convert part of the existing parking garage into a usable office space

- Polished concrete floors, exposed concrete columns and slab ceilings and surface mounted conduits give the space an industrial feel
