• Our team recently wrapped up a stunning lobby and tenant lounge in King Farm – Rockville, Maryland. We installed new structural steel for the staircase that leads down from the bright inviting lobby to the moody and modern tenant lounge
• The tenant lounge has an open ceiling concept with beautiful millwork and an island that sits on new epoxy-poured concrete floors
• Removal of all the old wood paneling throughout the main lobby and installed new Venetian plaster throughout to give the space a clean vibrant look

• Located in the vibrant heart of Maryland’s Chevy Chase neighborhood, this two-tower high-rise went from dark and outdated to bright and trendy
• The renovation of 34 common condominium corridor floors included replacing entrances (doors and hardware), new wallcoverings and paint, complete lighting upgrades, and flooring replacement while remaining fully occupied

• Full rebuild of pantry to create a more open concept with high end finishes such as wood baffles, wood wall surrounds, pendant fixtures and custom wall graphics.
• Demolition of offices to create a multipurpose library and collaboration meeting area.
• New reception and conference rooms on the main floor that showcased a custom metal logo as well as custom film.
