• Our team recently wrapped up a stunning lobby and tenant lounge in King Farm – Rockville, Maryland. We installed new structural steel for the staircase that leads down from the bright inviting lobby to the moody and modern tenant lounge
• The tenant lounge has an open ceiling concept with beautiful millwork and an island that sits on new epoxy-poured concrete floors
• Removal of all the old wood paneling throughout the main lobby and installed new Venetian plaster throughout to give the space a clean vibrant look

• 16,000 square-foot full demolition and rebuild for Toll Brothers new Reston office at Halley Rise
• High end finishes included wood baffle ceiling, 15’ island with moss insert, modern black aluminum glass framing, a various selection of decorative wallcoverings and fabric benches
