  • Hybrid workspace center that offers flexible and affordable choices of private offices, open co-working areas, conference rooms, and comfortable furnished lounge areas
  • All glass entry, sliding glass conference room doors, reclaimed barnwood, and innovative lighting system

  • Several offices built around the outside window perimeter of the building were created with full height glass partitions to maximize the light brought in

  • High-end finishes included open ceilings, glass transoms, glass conference room, spiral duct, specialty light fixtures and floating acoustical ceilings
  • Design utilized concrete flooring in open areas and carpet in the offices
  • Project consisted of 5 phases while space was 100% occupied
  • High-end finishes with state-of-the-art equipment and furnishings
  • Complete renovation of all customer areas, corporate offices, high tech video conference rooms, restrooms, fitness center, kitchen and break areas
  • Warehouse modifications including research and development lab areas
  • Upgraded the lobby with high-end finishes such as stain grade millwork wall panels, long plank floor tiles, and a matching, tile covered accent wall with new light fixtures and mechanical diffusers
  • Once the lobby was completed, Exxon Mobil renovated their suite entrance along with several other locations within their suite
  • High-end technology inspired workspace
  • Details such as stained concrete flooring, painted open ceilings, and curved walls throughout made the space truly a unique design
  • The reception and display area had a great deal of coordination with the finishes coming together
  • Goal of renovation was to reposition the building in the Arlington, Virginia Real Estate Market
  • Complete renovation of main lobby, exterior entrance, and common area restrooms throughout the building
  • Renovation was completed in 9 months
  • Complete rebuild of the corridors and elevator lobby
  • Updated finishes throughout
  • Work was completed while the space was fully occupied
  • Phased renovation of 18 restrooms in a government, secured property
  • Included the complete demolition of existing restrooms, and the installation of new, high-end finishes, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions and accessories
  • Designed to have all highly automated, hands free units to allow for a clean and sterile atmosphere
  • Occupied, four-phase office expansion and renovation
  • Custom millwork in reception area and main corridor
