Patrick Foley

Patrick Foley joined HBW Construction as the Director of Pre-Construction Services in 2002, and was promoted to Vice President in 2017. He has over 25 years of construction experience including project management, estimating, and pre-construction services. By providing impeccable service and unparalleled professionalism, Patrick has built a comprehensive client base including brokerage firms, owner – developers, construction managers, national retailers, and financial institutions.

Born in Vietnam, Patrick had the joy of traveling the world at a young age, and still loves to get away. At home, he enjoys his downtime with his wife and daughter. On weekends he can be seen fishing the Chesapeake Bay.
