At HBW, we’re constantly building — and we don’t just mean our commercial construction projects. We’re building a workplace culture that functions like a family, where our individual employees feel valued and heard, but collaboration is still at the center of everything we do. Our team members are building their own expertise, while working together to find innovative solutions and provide the high-quality service we’re known for. Because that’s another thing we’re building — a reputation for delivering on our promises. Because we’re a family at HBW, it’s only natural that we also have high standards for community outreach. We purposefully invest in the areas where we work and live through acts of service and donations. We volunteer with Nourish Now, The Children’s Inn at NIH, and Montgomery Parks. Every Friday, we have Jean Days for Charity, where our employees can wear jeans in exchange for a five-dollar donation toward a different charity each month. By involving every member of our team in these outreach efforts, we know we’re helping to build a better community.
All of these initiatives — our work, our culture, our community — ultimately work together to define life at HBW. And one thing’s for sure: we’re building something pretty special.
