Kelly Jones, CPSM

Kelly joined HBW in 2013 as the Marketing Assistant and became instrumental in growing HBW’s Marketing Department. Over the years, she advanced to Marketing Coordinator, then Marketing Manager where she oversees all aspects of the company’s marketing initiatives. From developing comprehensive marketing plans, to expanding HBW’s online presence, Kelly ensures that HBW’s brand stands out in the construction industry. As Assistant Vice President, Pre-Construction, Kelly is a member of HBW’s Leadership Team and will continue to lead the marketing team and expand her leadership role alongside Pat Foley in the Pre-Construction team.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Clemson University and earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation in 2017. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW)’s Maryland Suburban and DC Chapters. Kelly is currently the President-Elect for CREW Maryland Suburban, and has held past positions of Programs Director (CREW MDS), Sponsorship Director (CREW MDS) and Special Events Committee Co-Chair (CREW DC). She is also actively involved in HBW’s Women in Construction group, whose mission is to create a supportive group that promotes positive change for women in our company and industry.

Born and raised in Maryland, Kelly resides in Montgomery County with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she can be found corralling her two little ones to endless activities, spending time in Bethany Beach, or baking delicious desserts!
